Spring in the Northeast is a second grader with a yo-yo. The weather swung from hot to cool, from cold to warm - just between lunch and happy hour. The rain came, then the sun, then a blustery flurry as ol' man winter pulled himself up again. But with Easter, mother earth rose to a new dawn. Mike Hammer held his head hard, felt the earth spin on its axis while hurtling around the sun. Night fell, all was dark. Hammered again. ~ series by Jere Fletcher, (c) 2010 |
